Support "Organization Foreign ID (ofid)" #3

This adds support to the "sdr_ofid" parameter described in the API docs:

Hey Jonah,

I see you merged my pull request. Thanks for that!. Are you planning on doing some extra changes before bumping the gem version or you can do it now? I need to use the new code in my project and would be great to just bump the gem version instead of referencing the commit. Let me know.

Are you interested in maintaining this project btw? I don't use totango anymore, so I have no incentive to keep up with any changes.

Would love to maintain the project because we heavily use totango in my company and we usually need the fixes asap. Fortunately you've been awesome in both pull requests, responding and applying quickly but if i can do the job without bothering you, that would be great.

How do you want to do this? Should i continue maintaing the project in my fork and publish with a different name in rubygems or do you want to add me as a collaborator here and as an owner in rubygems?
