The whole TailwindCSS is mobile-first!!

• Use unprefixed utilities to target mobile, and override them at larger breakpoints

This will center text on mobile, and left align it on screens 640px and wider text-center sm:text-left -unprefixed is for mobile -prefixed for larger then mobile
