Fastpages supporting markdown, docx, and jupyter notebooks #2

For 2022 it is desired to have a advancements over wiki as follows...

  1. Increase ability for students to follow lecture using documents that execute code directly
  2. Greater correlation with other Teachers in district
  3. Faster means of onboard and correlating with new Teacher
  4. Better tools and standards for Students that produce AP Test Prep Lessons

This APCSA project was created to service these needs. It is based on fastpages project that uses power of GitHub actions, GitHub pages and leverages off of automation to do conversions.
