user id fixed and timer updated currently only inputs the time of the player at game completion + table is adding values properly

Additional information:

Filter dropdown allows user to sort scores from low to high or high to low Commit1 Commit2
Extra sass was added (Color, text font, and border sizes changed) Commit1 Commit2 Commit3 Commit4
Button to clear all leaderboard data Commit1 Commit2

Major bug fixed that prevented jumping and collisions from working properly

Local storage <-------> Different browser/machines (chrome, safari, etc) have different directories
