equalizerpane incompatible with new equalizer presets #20

Equalizerpane doesn't display the presets list on NG 1.13. It seems to be incompatible to the native equalizer presets.

All that needs to be done for this is to add the xbl binding from https://github.com/nightingale-media-player/nightingale-hacking/blob/sb-trunk-oldxul/app/content/xul/mediacore/mediacoreEqualizer.xul#L162 to https://github.com/nightingale-media-player/nightingale-addons/blob/master/equalizerpane/chrome/content/pane.xul
