Import foreign langpacks #21

The goal is to import foreign langpacks files and then check changes regularly from Songbird translate website.

Changes can be tracked either by download langpacks and making diffs or by looking at RSS feeds provided like : http://translate.songbirdnest.com/languages/fr/feed.atom (eg. for french)

I began working on this issue, I have created a dedicated repo to import Songbird langpacks (currently 2.2) and committing these here: https://github.com/nightingale-media-player/songbird-l10n

No more changes will be upstreamed in Songbird server due to shutdown

Finally done in 3a00bc1e5c2ac49915a41afd24b42cca56a9ee23 Those locales are from Songbird 2.2, some new strings may have been translated on http://translate.songbirdnest.com since then, but I don't think it's big deal.

Cool but I messed up and import all with en-US strings replaced...something off with Adofex
