Import SB documentation #21

We should import the SB documentation and moreover update it to match latest version of Nightingale.

more like the developer documentation on the wiki first.

Ok I have started the documentation import and also filed a bug on Bugzilla because I don't have rights to edit original documentation and it's largely outdated.
