Changes on an existing layout

It would be useful to have a way to input ç on this layout, perhaps by putting a cedilla on the shifted , key

Hm, looks like shift-, is actually already https://www.compart.com/en/unicode/U+201A. I'll have to put it as shift-; instead. It's a bit awkward, but...
