When swiping in a direction with no key/action, do the tap action instead

Say, in the English MessagEase layout, if I swipe up-left on "a," instead of nothing happening it would be better to just enter "a."

Other details

Combined with #197, it'd makeit so that swiping up on the spacebar enters a space.
