This pull requests adds a new option to settings controlling how much you are allowed to do in old-style ARS that you couldn't do in sega.

You can allow CW+180 rotation again.

Also drs 3-state is removed from old-style... unless you turn it back on with the new option. :)

Again, 1.0.0 replays won't break from this.
