Remove duplicate "Remote control" toggle from preferences #224

Keep the toggle in Nightscout Config

This is a suggested change after discussions in the remote-control channel in discord earlier today.

@aug0211 @MikePlante1 @dnzxy Regardless of what we want to do with the Remote control toggle in Nighscout Config Root view, my understanding is that everyone agreed on that the duplicate in Preferences could be removed?
