Include graphic view of Dynamic ISF profile within app #270

Is your feature request related to a problem?

In the Facebook group it is fairly common to see incorrectly setup dynamic ISF, even when people have used the default parameters. The consequences of settings are not always intuitive and some data eg TDD is not immediately accessible.

Describe the solution you'd like

The spreadsheet tools that Mike Plante developed have been really helpful to review and help people tune their settings but is a little clunky in having to choose from several variants(mmol/mgdl/log/sigma) and then correctly transcribe your data and settings etc.

If ISF profile could be displayed directly within the app it would make it much easier for people to quickly review/modify their dISF setup.

Describe alternatives you've considered

*mike’s spreadsheets are the alternative but as explained an in-app display would be much more immediate and informative.

@MikePlante1 Can you elaborate on the sheets? I don't have/seen them.

Here's the graphs I made for dynamic. They need to be updated for Trio and corrected to say 10-day instead of 14-day. Note, the updated graphs will have new URLs: Logarithmic (mg/dL): http://desmos.com/calculator/2ppoxdfs9h Logarithmic (mmol/L): http://desmos.com/calculator/aoxzzrhpro Sigmoid (mg/dL): http://desmos.com/calculator/xaxaxvezsa Sigmoid (mmol/L): http://desmos.com/calculator/vxwf3y2frn Compare (mg/dL): http://desmos.com/calculator/8konjgcpy4 Compare (mmol/L): http://desmos.com/calculator/w0anxptxbe

And here's an old iAPS video about how to use it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7aJA-leQyPc

In what shape, way or form should this be accessible?

SjpStanley commented 1 month ago

Hi I would simply envisage this as a button (‘view ISF profile’) within the dISF submenu to then bring up the graph as a popup window with similar graphics to those Mike built into his sheets.

Appreciate UI design considerations may prefer alternative approaches, but keeping visualization close to the settings you want to actively tweak would be useful I think.
