[Dana pump] MockPump with Dana pump configuration #300

In this PR, I changed the LoopKit dependency (only for the time while my PR is still open: https://github.com/LoopKit/LoopKit/pull/533) to my fork.

This fork includes the DanaRS-v3 and Dana-I Pump configuration for the in-app pump simulator

We must wait for merging until I switched the PR to the Loop&Learn org instead of mine

@bjornoleh Updated PR to look at this repo (and specific dana branch) instead of mine:
