Remove ActualDate Carbs in open-APS. This PR manages some case not founded in https://github.com/nightscout/Open-iAPS/pull/55

I did some tests described here using the corrected version of oref :

[x] Add Simple Carbs now
[x] Add past simple carbs
[x] Add future simple carbs
[x] Delete simple carbs
[x] Add carbs with FPU now
[x] Add carbs with FPU in the past
[x] Delete FPU
[x] COB is updated after looping
[x] TODO : check Upload in NS
[ ] TODO : Check Upload in HK
[x] TODO : Check upload in Tidepool
