Raw upload not properly set on upgrade to Enchilada #172

Raw does not appear to be set properly when upgrading from previous versions to Enchilada.

@ktind can you take a look at the upgrade logic for Mongo settings when you look at this? There were a few people on 0.1.13 that appeared to lose their collection setting when they were auto-updated via PlayStore. They noticed because they had used non-default collections during setup, but the uploader switched to entries.
