Describe the bug Under https://github.com/nightscout/cgm-remote-monitor/tree/master#updating-my-version, the link to http://www.nightscout.info/wiki/welcome/how-to-update-to-latest-cgm-remote-monitor-aka-cookie redirects to http://www.nightscout.info/ instead of the actual documentation.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior See the documentation to update the version.
