I have NS on 10be.de There was an NS update last night. After updating NS to version 15.0.2, remote commands in the Loop application stopped working.
I reported to 10be technical support. I received the answer:
" yes, it gives only the following message out:
APNs delivery failed: [ { device: '597f2770a4ec1c5569e18d1f3812d4ce515585ede16b313e99444875585afe33', status: 400, response: { reason: 'BadDeviceToken' } } ] error sending notification to Loop: APNs delivery failed: BadDeviceToken
in this case, please edit the Server and choose on "Branch" the "Master old 14.2.6", until the nightscout developer has fix it. "
Can something be done about it?
They fixed it. I generated new keys and it worked. Case closed.
