Day to day report: Careportal events with a duration (Temporary target, Exercise, Note) are not displayed past midnight #8223

Careportal events with a duration (Temporary target, Exercise, Note) are not displayed past midnight.

To Reproduce

  1. Enter a Careportal event of the type Temporary target, Exercise or Note with a duration that lasts until after midnight.
  2. Go to the Day to day report
  3. Observe how the event is rendered only until midnight, and is not rendered the next day
  4. The main NS graph does not show such rendering issues.
