Added option for BG updates every minute #297

The locale string files seem to binary for github... So I had put

/* Label for Check BG every minute */
"Check BG every minute" = "Check BG every minute";

and

/* Label for Check BG every minute */
"Check BG every minute" = "Update BZ minütlich";
