Rewording to avoid mentioning the soon to be gone free tier.

@psonnera This adds a bit more nuance to what is free for how long. Let's get this merged as a quick fix while we work through additional material and changes.

Not sure where that wording came from, but it conflates things in ways that are not representative of what I've said or anyone else has said, and seems to be incendiary. Perhaps this will clarify things.
