Deprecating this guide; it's out of date #62

@unsoluble I don't have any rights to this repo. I think we should clean/deprecate we should redirect users from http://nightscout.github.io/ to https://github.com/nightscout/documentation @danamlewis can you grant me permissions to the nightscout.github.io repo?

I noticed the corresponding guide has an endless redirection loop: http://nightscout.github.io/posts/2015-10-27-set-up-minimed-connect-with-nightscout-on-azure and

@danamlewis or @andrew-warrington : can you give an update on the https://github.com/nightscout/documentation status? Will that be able to replace these https://nightscout.github.io/ pages?

Just re that redirect loop — only happens if you leave off the trailing /.

@jasoncalabrese, @scottleibrand please add @PieterGit to hardcore/admin team access. I've just tried, but not sure how (not sure if it's the new UI or someone removed me).

Added. I still see you in that group, so not sure what if any perms you’d be missing. The UI was a bit weird for me.
