fix: Added link to the Dexcom Clarity EU page as well, since EU accounts can't log in to the US server that was linked previously. Also calrified a bit about the "mmol" variable, and fixed a few style tags.

@hummelstrand apologies for the super late response - we were in process of making some merge breaking changes to the site as you PR'd this. The EU vs US changes still make sense though, would you have the time to inject this to the new docs?

This has been deeply modified and hopefully fixed in the new version. @hummelstrand can you confirm it's the way you wanted it?
