Need prose description of the software that makes up Nightscout:

[ ] which apps/repos are used by Nightscout?
[ ] what does each app do?
[ ] what does Nightscout software as a whole do?
[ ] How do people get updates?
- How often are updates issued?
[ ] How do complaints or issues get addressed in the community?
