Workaround for testflight changelog #22

Updating build steps to accommodate a one time workaround that needs to be implemented should users want to see branch and commit info listed in Testflight

@sethgagnon, thanks for this addition! There is a separate branch prepared per chapter of the docs now to help coordinate efforts now in this phase. I tried to change the base branch for you, but not sure if it worked as intended. Please compare with https://github.com/nightscout/Open-iAPS-docs/blob/Operate-Folder-Updates/docs/EN/operate/build.md, and check that ru.artpancreas doesn’t sneak in :-)

Not sure if it was correct to change the base branch here, but noticed that dev that you started from was far behind the changes @tmhastings have made so far.

ah good catch, sorry about that, this looks ok to merge into your recommended branch, but I will defer to @tmhastings to double check. i wont approve my own PR :)
