Remove custom script references... #32

Some of the changes were in PR 31. Thanks for the Clean Profile addition.

BTW, using 1 for every number allows you to insert rows or rearrange rows without editing the numbers.

I took a guess and figured sequential numbering was preferred since that's what the other lists were. Either is fine with me, but should be consistent.
