Update docs to match changes with dev branch

I will not make this a draft if some changes are desired to be brought in ASAP.

Plans:
- I am also preparing updated figures for the Update Trio with Source Control section.
- Each commit should work stand-alone.
- When PR 314 is merged, this version of build.md will require another update, but this format lends itself to that modification

I made a few more changes after I proved to myself that the Xcode, Integrate, Pull does not do a pull --recurse. Please review and give feedback.

I have a set of Xcode Behaviors documented that enable users who want to use the Xcode Source Control GUI to update Trio to do so easily.

I'm happy to have suggestions on this. I've tested it and it does work.

Removed the link to the preview. No longer valid after my later commit. This was too complicated.

After discussion with @bjornoleh, I simplified the updating with Mac-Xcode procedure.

I believe this is ready for review and merge.
