Turns (handle 2 player exchange)
Determine Yaku
Store Yaku
Request and handle Koi-Koi/Shobu
Display/Update Yaku for CPU
Scoring per round
Scoring with Koi-Koi Extra Pts
Overall score (Negatives and Monitoring Koi-Koi Status)
Display scores
Research and implement game rules
