Need to switch all std::cout... statements to something Qt can use to translate (QInfo, QWarning, QDebug??)

French translations work once installed:

meson builddir
ninja -C builddir install

.qm language files are placed in: /usr/local/share/koikoi/translations

Does not appear to be a way to translate debug output, and this isn't really required. The user won't be seeing this. Closing.
