CPU sometimes gets dbl points when no koi-koi declared by player...

Can't seem to reproduce atm. Perhaps this is not happening. Might have misread the scores.

This was an issue. Resolved with commit 61b79aaae438676407fdd107ce4352f51dfb5efd
