New text for "Data Share" Blurb on Homepage #118

I was wondering if you guys could update the text and files on the homepage. I've been working on updating text to the other pages of the site, but these edits look like they can only be done on your end.

SHARE YOUR DATA: “WHO IS DOING WHAT, WHERE?” The Neglected Tropical Disease (NTD) Partners Map shows where organizations are working, what activities they are doing, and how to contact them for more information. To showcase your projects on the map, please follow our data submission guide and email a completed data form to cww@taskforce.org.

"guide" will hyperlink: Data Form Manual.pdf

"form" will hyperlink: Partners Map Data Form.xlsx

It might be better to have links to documents that I can update instead of hardcopy documents.
