Bei einem Benutzer, der nur auf bestimmte Kategorien Zugriff hat, werden beim Kategorie-Dropdown alle Kategorien angezeigt.

Hast du auch mal geprüft, ob auch tatsächlich in diese Kategorie synchronisiert wird?
