Add uv and normals to PolyMesh and SubD schema #134

Normals and uv coordinates seem to be such a pivotal part of the definition of 
meshes that I think our schema objects should make them first class members of 
the schema. This way we'll have agreed upon property names and access methods 
in the I/O classes.

This is done in for PolyMesh and SubD, both 'I' and 'O'.
