Establish and make everything consistent in alembic for face winding order #170

We've documented a winding order of clockwise, however the current set of
plugins are counter clockwise for PolyMesh and SubD. We need to get everything
in sync.

Everything is in sync. The polygon winding order is clockwise.
Do not confuse the handedness of the coordinate system with the polygon winding
order, they are two different things.

Ooops, my bad. I should have looked at the code.
Are we also consistently a left handed coordinate system, and if so I can close
this issue.

A comment from Steve: "I've confirmed that we're sending right-handed data to
both prman and arnold out of our in-house tools."

Right-handed coordinate system, clockwise polygon winding order.

Thanks Steve. I should have checked the code and I just had the wrong ideas in
my head. Thanks for checking and the explanation.
