OBJ reader confused by blank lines #86

The OBJ reader in AbcClients/WFObjConvert is confused by blank lines, treats 
them like EOF.

Also, the reader in general, as an experiment in whether or not "boost::spirit" 
is actually usuable, is a bit ridiculous in both compile time and executable 
size.  It needs to be made more pragmatic and less clever.

Just changing this to 1.0 release since it doesn't appear we'll include this in 
the .9 release.
