Change project license #36

According to https://creativecommons.org/faq/#can-i-apply-a-creative-commons-license-to-software we shouldn't use CC licenses for software.

I would propose to switch to GPLv3.

I'm ok with GPLv3 but would be glad about a "non military"-addition ;)

According to https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.en.html#NoMilitary this won't be very useful as "[..] any other added restriction can be removed by the user"..
