Add a popup when deleting account or resetting password #21

When doing dangerous stuff like requesting deleting the account or resetting password, there should be a popup asking "Are you sure, my friend?" so clumsy happy trigger fingers don't make their owners sad.

Closing this issue as it is not relevant anymore. We won't use the "delete account" button, and reset password button is covered by #29
