align vmb.h with the varnish version #86

fixes #85

it shouldn't break 7.0- as the header file predates it, but I haven't tested it

actually, 7.0 isn't a worry here since master doesn't work on it (because dynamic uses Lck_CondWaitTimeout that appeared in 7.1)

Could you also apply this PR to 6.5 branch plz ?

It's up to Nils, but 6.5 is EOL, you are encouraged to upgrade to at least 7.0 if you can.
