Hi Nils,

is master ready for Varnish 7.3? Could you please create a branch for 7.3?

Sorry for the late response. Yes, master as of 41f20790aedfc6d8f5cae4b3b8ffb82cd9b302c0 should work with 7.3.

I am a bit reluctant to tag a 7.3 branch at this point, because I refactored a lot of things and (finally) implemented the necessary changes to use the backend reference counting provided by varnish-cache 7.3.

So I would very much appreciate if you could test master and let me know the results. If all is fine, I will happily create a branch, otherwise I would like to look after any issues before doing so.

I am confident enough now and have branched off 7.3 Please let me know if you find any issues. I also recommend to check out the changelog

"confident enough". Famous Last Words (tm). I backed out a new feature from the 7.3 branch, because it is not ready, see 4475fb812b6d0be81b1b98e8b5b2616f67d67cce
