I am using DFAST-core to annotate a bacterial genome. Although DFAST could give a nice annotation result, I find that there still a room to improve the annotation by manual annotation, for example, search the InterPro database.
However, after got the result of manual annotation, how could I add those information to the DFAST-core generated annotation files?
