mapping contig IDs back to original names #39

dfast renames the contigs to sequence[0-9]{3}. How does one map the info back to the original contig names? Is there an index in the output that maps the new and old contig names?

Currently, there is no option for that. I will make it available in the next update. Thank you for the comment.
