exRNA Communication Hackathon Session #2

Open raynamharris opened 2 years ago

raynamharris commented 2 years ago

The exRNA Atlas is the data repository of the Extracellular RNA Communication Consortium (ERCC). The repository includes small RNA sequencing and qPCR-derived exRNA profiles from human and mouse biofluids. The exRNA Communication Hackathon Session will provide an introduction to the data as well as structured and unstructured activities. Free free to share related links and resources here.

The exRNA session will describe two use cases – 1) Exploring RNA Binding Proteins (RBPs) and their associated RNA cargo in a various human biofluids and their potential utility as biomarkers, using data from the exRNA Atlas (https://exrna-atlas.org/), 2) Interrogating other sites across the genome by intersecting exRNA Atlas data with regions of interest using BedGraph files (“data slicing”), and the broader application of this approach to non-RBP sites and other datasets.

Hi Ryana, Emily LaPlante in our lab will be leading this session. Thanks, Matt

This is awesome. I would like to look at loci associated with glycosylation across proteins.
