Regular Cross-Pollination events take place on the first Tuesday of every month. Please check out the Cross-Pollination Schedule.
This Wednesday our training team will present our Introduction to Conda hands-on workshop. Click on the link to see more details and register! You can also explore the CFDE Events Calendar to find and register for other future events. Our workshops are open to all, so feel free to share this information with interested friends and colleagues. This month we have Introductory Conda and R workshops, and an RNA-Seq Concepts, Design, & Workflow lesson.
We have updated and changed many Bi-Weekly DCC meetings. All agendas and invitations have been updated, and some have been canceled in the reorganization. If you are a member attending these meetings for your DCC please be sure to check your mail: in some cases old meetings have been canceled with new invitations sent for the same time slots. Scheduled meeting times have not changed, but invitations may have. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our CFDE Help Desk: support@cfde.atlassian.net.
The next meeting for the CFDE Anatomy Working Group is yet to be scheduled. You can see the cAWG Agenda for meeting notes and information on communicating with or joining the group.
The next meeting for the Gene Working Group is yet to be scheduled. Join the mailing list to get involved. You can view the draft charter for more details about the goals and activities proposed for the group.
The next meeting for the Ontology Working Group is scheduled for Wednesday, July 14, at 8am PDT / 11am EDT. Ontology Working Group meetings are scheduled bi-weekly on Wednesdays. RFC and Survey 'homework' tasks can be found in the rolling agenda. You can get involved by joining their mailing list and slack channel.
