CFDE Portal Data and Feature Update

We are excited to announce a new release of the Common Fund Data Ecosystem Portal! This release features both a data and feature update!

We are very excited to announce the addition of a new Common Fund group: Glycosciences! The goal of Glycosciences is to create new resources, tools, and methods to make the study of sugars more accessible to the broader research community.

JUNE ALL HANDS MEETING The CFDE Program Team is pleased to announce we will be holding the annual CFDE Program Meeting will be on June 9-10, 2022 at the Bethesdan hotel in Bethesda, MD. The purpose of this meeting is to bring together the CFDE community to review progress over the past year and discuss strategic issues that impact the ecosystem as a whole. CFDE Announcements

June All-Hands Meeting

The CFDE Program Team is pleased to announce we will be holding the annual CFDE Program Meeting on June 9-10, 2022 at the Bethesdan hotel in Bethesda, MD. The purpose of this meeting is to bring together the CFDE community to review progress over the past year and discuss strategic issues that impact the ecosystem as a whole. At this time, we are striving for an all in-person meeting. Click here to book.

Cross-Pollination Events

Our next scheduled meeting will take place Today, May 3rd at 11am PT / 2pm ET. We will have CFDE announcements and a presentation CFChemDb. Regular Cross-Pollination events take place on the first Tuesday of every month. Please check out the Cross-Pollination Schedule for more details. Please let us know at support@cfde.atlassian.net if you have something to share!

CFDE May Hackathon

The second CFDE Hackathon will take place 5/9 - 5/13 (rescheduled from 4/26 - 4/29). This event will showcase CFDE datasets (a data jamboree if you will!). This event will feature workshops and demos from the CFDE-CC, Kids First, and SPARC! More details about sessions will be available very soon. You can register for this event here!
