Markdown column for vocabularies #321

A markdown column should be added to each vocabulary table for showing images and external links. Seems like this should be added as a pseudo column for each vocabulary page.

We need to consider the following:

Name of the column
- display name for the UI
Do we want a column comment to be shown as tooltip?
