C2M2 retracted sex terms #383

The ontology group decided to retract two transex sex terms.

Since these are modeled as an enumeration in the C2M2 model and converted to a regular vocab table in the portal, updates need to be synchronized between the published JSON model and the built-in values in the ingest system.
