A submitter encountered a bug where their valid DCC - project hierarchy was being flagged as invalid. Investigation reveals that the existing custom SQL check is flawed, joining to the internal project_root table by the wrong key relationship.
A fix has been committed and used to manually rebuild the affected DCC submission. It will be included in the ~20230331~ 202205 release.
This bug was hidden when the submission had the DCC project as the first record in project.tsv and revealed with a submission where it was at the end of the list after other projects.
