The previous link for the Code of Conduct was not working. It lead to a 404 page error. I replaced it with a full link to the CFDE Code of Conduct Page.

Also, I think the bullet point that talks about Git Hub Teams is a little unclear.

Repositories that are created in the CFDE organization are able to take advantage of Github teams in the CFDE organization.

Does this mean that repositories in the CFDE can create GitHub Teams within the CFDE organization?(child teams?)

Good catch. But, for files in the same repo, please use relative links.

That bullet point means that you can only use the CFDE teams to manage permissions of your new repo if you make your repo in the CFDE space.
