This is our step-by-step for getting Kids First data and putting it into the C2M2 Level 1 tables

@marisalim @abhijna thx for this recipe :). Now included into master. I have carried out a number of edits (e.g. table reformatting, addition of a conclusion, integration of the 2 images, various minor fixes).
