CP Schedule + RSVP numbers #231

This issue will update and track RSVPs for upcoming Common Fund Data Ecosystem (CFDE) Cross-Pollination Events. These numbers can be found by clicking on the calendar events in groups.io and then the View Responses button for RSVPs at the bottom of each event: https://groups.io/g/CrossPollinationEvents/calendar

It will be good to add the actual attendance column for the event to this table to compare. Are we keeping track of participants list for each event and is there a way to export the list from zoom ?

yes, further tracking is happening... this issue is just for the RSVPs as it has specifically been requested

The new registration system does not have RSVP capability since we moved to an Outlook based invitation system.
