PR Description

The PR adds a new "General Tools" workshop called "A Hands-on Introduction to UNIX for Cloud Computing". It has been beta tested in four workshops and is almost ready for official release.

Not ready for merging... I still need to add a lesson on csv files, but I wanted to preview the existing lessons :)

Ah, upon merging this, i realize that I created this branch from a very old dev branch... gonna delete and start over fresh from the dev branch.
